DYW - Do You Want to be a Doctor?
4 Beath pupils attended Queen Margaret Hospital on Monday for the NHS Fife 'Do you want to be a doctor?' event.
It was a fantastically interactive day with the morning spent doing carousel events including CPR, suturing, communication skills, physiological observations, taking patient histories, injection techniques and learning about sensory deprivation.
They then heard from Medical Students and Doctors about what it is like to attend medical school and the different ways that you can enter into this career. Followed by a question and answer session.
