Anthony Nolan Sign Up Day
Following an informative presentation in the S5 Assembly last week, SFRS joined us again in Beath today in partnership with the Anthony Nolan Trust for a stem cell donor event. S5 and 6 pupils along with staff were invited to register as potential stem cell donors and over 50 pupils and staff came along to sign up.
Thank you to the SFRS for raising awareness and bringing the event to us.
Special thank you to our S5 Champions - Owen Scorgie, Duncan McGavin and Magnus Mmeremikwu who promoted and organised the event and helped the fire service throughout.
