COPFS Public Speaking Competition
Kaidance Easton and Chloe Walkershaw (Team 1) Susanna Inglis and Eva Kelly (Team 2) all recently participated in the 2026 COPFS Public Speaking Competition representing Beath High School. Both teams were required to prepare a talk about the question “Should pupils be banned from having mobile telephones in schools?” and debate this issue with other teams from different secondary schools across Fife Council.
Both teams performed amazingly, and their debates and ideas were very strong. They received excellent feedback from the judges also; all pupils should be very proud of themselves for taking part and for their hard work and commitment! Well done guys! 🙂
